Fentimans launches variant with 'quintessentially' British fruits

Fentimans has launched a new Apple and Blackberry variant combining two “quintessentially” British fruits to its range of soft drinks.

The soft drinks company said that the complex depth of flavour has been achieved by using the botanical brewing method.

Fentimans marketing director, Andrew Jackson, said: “Being British is embedded in the DNA of the Fentimans brand. There is nothing more quintessentially British than red apples and juicy ripe blackberries in late summer. Our latest flavour innovation has been rigorously tested, and we are confident that this latest addition combines the superior flavour experience consumers are seeking, with a unique British twist”.

 

JING launches Matcha

JING Tea has launched a brand-new single origin matcha tea with Organic Ceremonial Grade Matcha Green Tea and a Matcha Shaker.

JING said the Matcha green tea has a “incomparably vivid, forest green colour.” Unlike other Matcha teas, which are often blended from multiple tea gardens and regions, JING’s Matcha green tea promotes the taste of a single cultivar known as ‘Okumidori’ that has clear character and flavour.

JING’s said the tea is sourced directly from a tea garden in Kagoshima on the South Western tip of Japan, where the terrain is rich and fertile and periodically covered in volcanic ash.

JING has also launched a new Matcha shaker, which only requires the adding of hot water to Matcha powder and vigorous shaking.

When we source, we priortise quality of flavour, with a focus on authentic expression of provenance.
