  • You have booked to exhibit at European Coffee, Tea & Soft Drinks Expo 2020 for the first time. Can you tell us why?

As a global leader in the design and development of professional automatic and commercial juicers for the hospitality industry, it is the first time we have decided to attend this event, specialising in professional services for coffee, tea, soft drinks and other non-alcoholic products.

We think that European Coffee, Tea & Soft Drinks Expo 2020 is an ideal opportunity to showcase our new products and strengthen our presence in the British market, which is a very important market for us. We have been operating in the UK for 20 years through our British subsidiary and distribution network, which are essential for us to increase our market share.

  • What key product or products are you planning to showcase at the show?

  • What are your plans for the year ahead? Are there any new launches or initiatives planned?

One of the highlights that will be presented to the British market is the new SOUL Series 2, which marks the beginning of a new era of premium innovation in design and connectivity in the professional automatic juicer industry.

The new SOUL Series 2 reinvents the way to enjoy freshly squeezed juice through design and innovation.   • What do you see as the key current opportunities and challenges for the sector right now?

Today, healthy food consumption alternatives in establishments are one of the company's main growth opportunities in the British market.

The growing interest in healthy living, together with new on-the-go trends, is a positive scenario for our food service juicers. These solutions share the same objective: fostering a change in the mindset of people around the world, encouraging them to live a healthier lifestyle by developing juice options that transform eating habits through great design and innovation.

The company's commitment to design and innovation aimed at achieving a healthier lifestyle is being warmly welcomed by consumers. The firm's range of juicers satisfies the demands of thousands of consumers for fresh and organic products with its easy, quick and transparent solutions.

Another growing trend is 'Zero Waste' or 'Trash Cooking', which many call the art of taking advantage of every part of the food we eat, discarding nothing. The main purpose of this new way of understanding cooking is to reduce food waste, using all parts thanks to new culinary techniques. This trend also includes the so-called 'ugly foods', i.e. fruit and vegetables which are not approved for sale in large retail chains because of their appearance.
