Black Sheep to open third Manchester venue

Black Sheep Coffee, is to open a new site in Manchester’s Deansgate on Friday 16th August – its third in the city and 36th site.

The new site will join its existing venues in Piccadilly Place and Spring Gardens. 

Black Sheep Coffee will offer all its coffee-based beverages, such as its Nitro Cold Brewalongside its newest speciality coffee - Tudo Bom, an 86 graded coffee which has been naturally processed on the mountains of Cerrado Mineiro in Brazil.

The news comes as Black Sheep Coffee purchased the leases and operating licences for eight London sites of Taylor St Baristas after a competitive process last month. This purchase brought its total number of sites globally to 35.

The cocktail menu will include a selection of classic cocktails such as Espresso Martinifeaturing its full-bodied specialty grade Robusta, vodka and coffee liqueur,  and the fruity Pineapple Express - with gin, campari, white rum, lemon, turmeric and pineappleFor non-alcoholic refreshers, guests will be able to sip on Black Sheep Coffee’s selection of bespoke organic smoothies, such as the Berrysta, featuring bananas, cherries, blueberries, goiji & acai berries, strawberries and almond milk.

The news follows Black Sheep Coffee’s recent funding injection of £13M from private investors, bringing its total valuation pre-acquisition to £110M.
